Trainees of A3D3 met in August 2025 at an All-Hands Annual Meeting at Caltech. The PIs from the diverse disciplines highlight cutting-edge applications of artificial intelligence in science, and they showcase the success story of their trainees that either land a job in academia or in well known companies (such as meta, google etc.). The program featured a dynamic mix of plenary talks, trainee presentations, and poster sessions, spanning topics from gravitational waves and high-energy physics to neuroscience and hardware/software co-design. A dedicated session focused on advising trainees about academic versus industry career paths and how they can figure out what to follow. For UMN researchers, the meeting offered a valuable opportunity to present their work, build collaborations, and help shape the future directions of A3D3.
